Refund & Return Policy
Damaged or Defective Bottles
If your wine arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it or issue a full refund — no questions asked. Simply email us at gina@frankminutellacellars.com with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Wrong Item Shipped
If we sent the wrong bottle, we will ship the correct one at no cost to you. Keep the wrong bottle — consider it a gift from Papa.
Unopened Bottles
Due to alcohol shipping regulations in most U.S. states, we are unable to accept returns of unopened wine bottles once delivered. This is a legal requirement, not a policy choice — state law prohibits the resale of returned alcohol.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before shipment. Once your tracking number shows “shipped,” the order can no longer be cancelled.
Wine Club Cancellations
Wine Club members may cancel at any time before their next billing date. No cancellation fees, no hoops to jump through. Email us or reply to any club email and we will take care of it immediately.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and returned to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
